Matthew Meyer is currently a team leader at Keller Williams Waterford - Advantage II.

Before Matthew jumped into real estate, he had a background in Quality Control in the Aerospace industry, Management in the food and service industry, and owned his own production company. Additionally, he was also employed part time as an administrator for a local appraiser where he would learn the basics of evaluating properties.

Matthew began his real estate career as a licensed agent, specializing in rentals for one of the top RE/MAX brokerages in New Jersey, RE/MAX Park Square in Nutley NJ. He was able to expand his knowledge of Essex County and while learning the ground floor of what it meant to be a Real Estate Agent in New Jersey.

An opportunity arose for Matthew to move his license to a brokerage that focused on REOs in another part of the state. This gave Matthew an education in the REO industry of real estate. In 2015, Matthew joined the Pinnacle Realty Team, where he mentored by one of the longest reigning REO agents in both Sussex County and the State, Jack Beierle Sr. Not only was Matthew able to learn the REO side of the business but was able to focus and learn a part of the state that he had no experience with: Northwest Jersey.

During this time, Matthew was able to connect with what soon to be the biggest client he would ever work with. The client was a non-profit company who at the time was the largest non-profit affordable housing developer in the state of NJ. This specific non-profit was also a subsidiary of, at the time, the number 2 CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) in the nation.

Matthew then saw an opportunity to partner with the previously mentioned non-profit to open their own brokerage and the rest was history. Matthew earned his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers License and Integro Real Estate was opened in March of 2018. Matthew was able to retain some of the top agents that the non-profit was previously working with in other counties to join Integro. This alliance with the new agents was the cornerstone to build the foundation for one of the most efficient brokerages in all of New Jersey. Integro TRULY serviced the entire state of NJ.

Integro Real Estate prided itself on the fact that it is a small brokerage that serviced all of New Jersey and had a multifaceted approach towards the work they do. Integro has been able to master three different aspects of the real estate industry: 1) Traditional residential sales, 2) REO/Foreclosure sales, and last but certainly not least 3.) Non-Profit Mission Driven transactions. Due to this wide reach, Matthew prides himself on the fact that he was able to complete a transaction in every county in the state.

In the winter of 2022, Matthew was able to connect with Keller Williams City Life in Hoboken which would soon be his new real estate home. With the resources, support, and environment that Keller Williams City Life provides - it is a match made in heaven. Matthew has started his own team called “The Meyer Group”. With the Meyer Group, he looks to expand upon his previous sales experiences while also providing an educational haven for agents looking to further their career by offering them the opportunity to join The Meyer Group.

Though the Keller Williams office is in Hoboken, Matthew is a resident of West Caldwell. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Most imporantly, even though he bleeds New York Giant football Blue year round, he still has clients who are also Eagles, Jets, and Cowboy fans. Nobody is perfect.
