As a New York Native, Johnny Aybar spent his entire childhood living between Queens and Brooklyn. Overcoming the adversity and challenges of his environment, Johnny obtained his GED at the age of 17. Shortly there after he started working in the customer service industry, which would be the official beginning of Johnny’s new found perspective in life. With his growing passion of helping others and selfless service; Johnny at the age of 19 enlisted to join the United States Army.


For the next 10 years, Johnny and his family of 4 will be stationed in Hawaii, Georgia, Virginia, Missouri, and Kentucky. While traveling the world and meeting different people with different walks of life, Johnny learned how to adapt and persevere. During his tenure of service, Johnny completed one tour in Iraq fighting for our freedom abroad. As his career progressed he was awarded several accolades for his continued passion and service along side his brothers and sisters of the Army. His leadership and ambition helped him rise from the beginning ranks of Private to Staff Sergeant .


After years of putting God and country first through selfless honorable service, Johnny and his family decided to trade in his combat boots and cammo for the white button downs and business suits. At the age of 29, Johnny decided to go back to school and obtain his Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Management and Human Resources. Graduating Magna Cum Laude (3.88 GPA), Johnny used his determination he learned from the Army in both his professional and educational workload. His hard work paid off where he landed a job at Capital One Bank to jump-start his finance career.


With a new career in banking, his work took him south to the sunshine state. Johnny was able to work toward a promotion to Branch Manager in just three years. After working in the banking industry for five years, he did not shy away from another challenge. Johnny decided to advance his career into Real Estate and directly connecting people with their new home. The founder of The Aybar Homes Group, he manages and leads a team focused on helping families achieve their home buying or selling dreams.


Johnny has always thrived in leadership positions. Not only is he running his team and helping his clients achieve their Real Estate goals, he is also serving as a coach for new agents within the company. Thriving in his new role, Johnny is helping to train and mentor new agents. Ensuring that his peers around him are providing a higher level of service beyond what is required.
